PM Delivery

We provide a full cycle project implementation for Construction, Marketing, Business Development, Event Management and other projects.

We implement projects in accordance with the internationally recognized IPMA Project Management Methodology. Project implementation includes detailed definition and planning of project requirements, project team selection, project organization development with clearly defined roles and responsibilities of stakeholders, financial management, change management and risk management to identify, control and include risk mitigating measures. We will discuss the progress of the project and all necessary changes with the project client, the company's board, organizational council or other strategic management unit regularly, as per prior agreement.

We will be responsible for the delivery of project outputs, as well as the achievement of the overall project goal and results. We believe that efficient communication is the basis of success.
